** Who is it for **
You are a skilled kizomba dancer, teacher or organiser, you know what music you like and you are passionate about expanding your expression. This course will teach you how to DJ and give you experience of playing for real dance floor coached by star DJs. Since many places in the world have too few kizomba DJs, chances are great that this will be the start of your kizomba DJ carrier. 

** Daily intense training on the beach **
Intensive workshops will be held from Monday to Thursday, 6-9 pm. You will begin by understanding how the music is built up and how to do oldschool mixing without the help of technology. 
When you master how to mix in harmony with the music, you will explore how to use the modern technology in the most effective way. Your head teacher, DJ Babacar will teach you all the tricks you need to know. 

** Real dancefloor training **
Anyone can learn how to DJ from their home, but few will get the opportunity to perform right on the spot. Everyday after the workshop, you and your fellow DJ students will make a party for eachother, for the kizomba dancing students and for anyone who wants to join. This will give you a unique opportunity for real life experience to directly put your skills into practice.

** Equipement **
All practical presentations are going to be shown on Pioneer equipment. As a DJ student you need to bring your own DJ mixer board to the course, supported Pioneer CD or Nexus 900-2000. Since you will learn the basics in the course, if you wish to use any other brand DJ equipment it is ok.

** Odessa Kizomba Beach Festival 2018 **
Right after the course is finished on Thursday the 24:th, you and your fellow students will be able to enjoy all the festival fun at the festival on the beach with tons of international stars, tons of workshops, Taxi dancers as well as an around the clock afro latin social floor. ** About your head Teacher DJ Babacar **
Over the last 7 years he has been constantly travelling, touching many different European countries, taking his music around and proudly representing the fine art of DJing. He has been trying very hard to be one of the “ambassadors” of the Senegalese and Portuguese modern musical culture, with particular attention to the African bit (PALOP), Electro, house, Hip Hop and R&B. Most importantly he has been sharing very special moments and above all His Life with lots of different wonderful people… and his passion is always to make the dancers happy on the dance floor!
