English Speaking Sales Agent

Our business in Paphos, Cyprus is expanding and has some exciting opportunities for English Speaking Sales Agents. We are looking for result driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Call Centre).
We are the sales channel for the Arotrade brand platform, one of the fastest growing online brokers with an asset index of over 1,000 stocks, forex, commodities and indices available as CFD’s.

Duties:
You will be the first point of contact with clients.
Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account.
Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products.
Gain understanding of what motivates clients.
Pitch products over the phone to potential clients.
Ability to maximise all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable.
Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System.

Requirements:
* Must have a University Degree/Diploma
* The ability and desire to sell and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
* Customer service and sales experience will be considered an advantage.
* Successful candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel.
* Self-motivated, positive attitude and target oriented.
* Previous sales or customer service experience will be considered a significant advantage.
* Capability to flourish in a competitive, fast paced sales environment.

Conditions:
* Successful candidates must be willing to relocated to Paphos, Cyprus
* Competitive basic salary, plus commission/bonus structure
* Relocation package: 1 month accommodation paid for by company. Visa application for work will be made by the company.
